Terms applicability
Country coverage: Country coverage follows the public market status and country-pack registry.
Entities: Default contracting entity is TWENDEX TRANSPORT NETWORK CO. - SMC LTD, Wakiso, Uganda, unless an approved country-pack annex names a local Twendex or partner entity for that market.
Product lines: Sender shipments, carrier participation, passenger transport, payments, support, and account use where those products are enabled.
Channels: Website/PWA, admin/support, WhatsApp, USSD, and API surfaces where the relevant market pack enables the channel for the requested product.
Framework: Uganda law and courts are the default governing framework unless a signed country-pack annex or mandatory local consumer, transport, privacy, or payment law applies for the market.

By using Twendex, you agree to these Terms, the default contracting entity and governing framework shown above, and any country-pack annex that applies to your booking, account, provider activity, or support request.
1. ውሎችን መቀበል
የTwendex አገልግሎቶችን በመድረስ ወይም በመጠቀም እነዚህ የአገልግሎት ውሎች በእርስዎ ላይ እንዲፈጸሙ ተስማምተዋል። በእነዚህ ውሎች ካልተስማሙ እባክዎ አገልግሎቶቻችንን አይጠቀሙ።
እነዚህ ውሎች ለሚከተሉት ይተገበራሉ፦
- የግል ጥቅሎችን የሚልኩ ግለሰብ ደንበኞች
- የሎጂስቲክስ አገልግሎታችንን የሚጠቀሙ የንግድ ደንበኞች
- የማድረስ አገልግሎት የሚሰጡ የአጓጓዥ አጋሮች
- ድረ ገፃችንን ወይም የሞባይል መተግበሪያዎቻችንን የሚጠቀሙ ሁሉ
2. የተጠቃሚ መለያዎች
የመለያ ምዝገባ
- ትክክለኛ እና የተሟላ መረጃ መስጠት አለብዎት
- የመለያዎን ደህንነት መጠበቅ የእርስዎ ኃላፊነት ነው
- ያልተፈቀደ መድረስ ካለ ወዲያውኑ ማሳወቅ አለብዎት
- ካልተስማማን በስተቀር ለአንድ ሰው ወይም ለአንድ ድርጅት አንድ መለያ ብቻ ይፈቀዳል
የመለያ ኃላፊነቶች
- የይለፍ ቃልዎን በሚስጥር ያቆዩ
- አስፈላጊ ሲሆን መረጃዎን ያዘምኑ
- ሁሉንም የሚመለከቱ ህጎችና ደንቦች ያክብሩ
- መለያውን ለሕገወጥ ወይም ለማጭበርበር እንቅስቃሴ አይጠቀሙበት
3. የመላኪያ አገልግሎቶች
Service Description
Twendex connects customers with verified transport providers for cargo delivery and passenger ride services where the applicable market pack enables them.
Prohibited Items
You may not ship illegal substances, contraband, undeclared hazardous materials, weapons, explosives, restricted perishables, or anything prohibited by the applicable local, cross-border, transport, customs, or safety law for the route.
Packaging Requirements
Items must be properly packaged, declared, labelled, and sized for the chosen route, vehicle, and market rules.
4. ዋጋ እና ክፍያ
Pricing
Prices are shown before booking confirmation and depend on the route, product, vehicle, market pack, and payment rail.
Payment Terms
Payment methods, cash handling, mobile money, bank transfer, card acceptance, refunds, tax treatment, payout timing, and deductions are available where the applicable market pack enables them.
Currency
The booking screen and applicable country-pack annex control the supported currency and payment rail.
5. ኃላፊነት እና ኢንሹራንስ
Limited Liability
Twendex liability is limited to the lower of declared value, actual proven loss, or the caps stated in the applicable booking, country-pack annex, insurance terms, or mandatory local law.
Insurance Coverage
Insurance is optional or partner-provided unless the booking screen and applicable market pack state that cover is active for that route, product, and provider.
Exclusions
Coverage does not apply to undeclared high-value items, prohibited goods, improper packaging, or circumstances excluded by the applicable insurance terms or mandatory law.
6. የክርክር አፈታት
Complaint Process
- Contact Twendex support first at support@twendex.com or WhatsApp +256770616744 (text only)
- File a formal complaint if the issue is not resolved
- Escalate to management or the regulator/authority path named in the applicable country-pack annex where mandatory law provides one
- Mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings may be used as a last resort
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Uganda law by default. A signed country-pack annex, local partner contract, or mandatory local consumer, transport, privacy, or payment law may change or supplement the governing framework for a specific market.
Dispute Forum
Disputes are handled first through Twendex support. If a formal forum is required, the applicable forum will be the Uganda courts by default unless an approved country-pack annex or mandatory local law requires a local regulator, court, or arbitration path.
7. ማቋረጥ
በእርስዎ የሚደረግ ማቋረጥ
የደንበኛ ድጋፍን በማነጋገር በማንኛውም ጊዜ መለያዎን መዝጋት ይችላሉ። ያልተጠናቀቁ ጭነቶች ግን መጠናቀቅ አለባቸው።
በTwendex የሚደረግ ማቋረጥ
በሚከተሉት ምክንያቶች መለያዎችን ልናቆም ወይም ልናቋርጥ እንችላለን፦
- እነዚህን ውሎች መጣስ
- ማጭበርበር ወይም ሕገወጥ እንቅስቃሴ
- ክፍያ አለመፈጸም
- አገልግሎቶቻችንን ወይም ሰራተኞቻችንን መበደል
- የሐሰት መረጃ መስጠት
የማቋረጥ ተፅዕኖ
- ወደ አገልግሎቶች ያለው መዳረሻ ይቋረጣል
- ያልተከፈሉ ክፍያዎች እንደ ተገባ ይቀራሉ
- ውሂብ እንደ የግላዊነት መመሪያችን ይቆያል
8. ተጨማሪ ውሎች
ማሻሻያዎች
እነዚህን ውሎች በ30 ቀናት ቅድሚያ ማሳወቂያ ልናዘምን እንችላለን። ቀጣይ አጠቃቀምዎ አዲሶቹን ውሎች እንደተቀበሉ ያሳያል።
ሙሉ ስምምነት
እነዚህ ውሎች በእርስዎና በTwendex መካከል ስለ አገልግሎቶቻችን ያለውን ሙሉ ስምምነት ይወክላሉ።
የክፍል ተፅዕኖ ቀጣይነት
ማንኛውም ድንጋጌ ዋጋ ቢያጣም ሌሎች ድንጋጌዎች በሥራ ላይ ይቀጥላሉ።
መብት ማስተዋወቅ አይደለም
ማንኛውንም መብት ካልአስፈጸምን ያ መብት ተተው ማለት አይደለም።

በTwendex መድረክ ላይ እንደ አጓጓዥ አጋር ስትሰሩ በሚከተሉት ላይ ተስማምታችኋል፦
- በህግ የሚጠየቁ ፈቃዶች፣ ፈቃድ ወረቀቶች እና ኢንሹራንስ ትክክለኛ እንዲሆኑ ማረጋገጥ
- ትክክለኛ የተሽከርካሪ እና የሹፌር መረጃ መስጠት
- ጭነቶችን በታማኝነት መቀበል እና በደህና በጊዜው ማድረስ
- ሁሉንም የትራፊክ ህጎች እና የደህንነት ደንቦች መከተል
- ከደንበኞችና ተቀባዮች ጋር በሙያዊ ሁኔታ መግባባት
- ማንኛውንም ክስተት፣ አደጋ ወይም መዘግየት ወዲያውኑ ማሳወቅ
የኢንሹራንስ መስፈርቶች
- አጓጓዦች ትክክለኛ የንግድ ተሽከርካሪ ኢንሹራንስ ሊያስቀምጡ ይገባል
- ዝቅተኛ የኃላፊነት ሽፋን በአካባቢያዊ ደንቦች መሠረት ይወሰናል
- የኢንሹራንስ ማስረጃ በመግቢያ ሂደት ወቅት መቅረብ አለበት
- ኢንሹራንስ በአጓጓዥ ትብብር ጊዜ ሁሉ ንቁ መሆን አለበት
ለአጓጓዦች የክፍያ መስፈርቶች
- ክፍያ ስኬታማ የማድረስ ማረጋገጫ በኋላ ይፈጸማል
- መደበኛ የክፍያ ዑደት በየሳምንቱ ወይም በሁለት ሳምንት አንድ ጊዜ እንደ ስምምነቱ ይሆናል
- የክፍያ መንገዶች ሞባይል ገንዘብ፣ የባንክ ዝውውር ወይም ካርድ ናቸው
- የመድረኩ ኮሚሽን ከተጠናቀቀ ጭነት እያንዳንዱ ይቀነሳል
- ክርክሮች ከክፍያ በ48 ሰዓታት ውስጥ ማሳወቅ አለባቸው
የአፈጻጸም መስፈርቶች
- ንቁ ለመቀጠል ቢያንስ 4.0 ኮከብ ደረጃ ማስጠበቅ
- በጊዜው የማድረስ መጠን 90% በላይ መሆን አለበት
- ለጭነት ጥያቄዎች የምላሽ ጊዜ በ2 ሰዓታት ውስጥ መሆን አለበት
- በደንበኛው ካልተሰረዙ በስተቀር የተቀበሉትን ጭነቶች ሁሉ ማጠናቀቅ
- በመጓጓዣ ጊዜ የእውነተኛ ጊዜ ክትትል መረጃ መስጠት
የአጓጓዥ መብቶች
- የጭነት ቅናሾችን መቀበል ወይም መከልከል
- ለተሰጠ አገልግሎት ፍትሃዊ ክፍያ ማግኘት
- ደረጃ ወይም ግምገማ ላይ ክርክር ማቅረብ
- በ30 ቀናት ማሳወቂያ ትብብሩን ማቋረጥ
10. የደንበኛ ስምምነት

የደንበኛ ኃላፊነቶች
በTwendex መድረክ ላይ እንደ ደንበኛ ስትጠቀሙ በሚከተሉት ላይ ተስማምታችኋል፦
- ትክክለኛ እና የተሟላ የጭነት መረጃ መስጠት
- ጥቅሎች በትክክል እንዲታሸጉ እና እንዲለያዩ ማረጋገጥ
- የእቃዎቹን ዋጋ እና ይዘት ጨምሮ ሁሉንም ነገሮች በትክክል መግለጽ
- ሁሉንም የሚመለከቱ ህጎችና ደንቦች መከተል
- በተስማሙት መሠረት ሁሉንም ክፍያዎች መክፈል
- ለአጓጓዥ ጥያቄዎች ወይም ለማድረስ ችግሮች ፈጣን ምላሽ መስጠት
የተከለከሉ እቃዎች
ደንበኞች የሚከተሉትን መላክ በጥብቅ ይከለከላሉ፦
- ሕገወጥ ንጥረ ነገሮች፣ መድሃኒቶች ወይም ኮንትራባንድ
- መሣሪያዎች፣ ጠመንጃዎች ወይም ፈንጂዎች
- ትክክለኛ ሰነድ የሌላቸው አደገኛ ንጥረ ነገሮች
- አስመሳይ እቃዎች ወይም የተሰረቁ ንብረቶች
- ተገቢ ማሸጊያና መለያ የሌላቸው በፍጥነት የሚበላሹ እቃዎች
- በአካባቢያዊ ወይም በአለም አቀፍ ህግ የተከለከሉ እቃዎች
- ጥሬ ገንዘብ፣ ምንዛሪ ወይም የሚተላለፉ የክፍያ መሣሪያዎች
የማሸጊያ መስፈርቶች
- ሁሉም እቃዎች ከጉዳት ለመከላከል በጥሩ ሁኔታ መታሸግ አለባቸው
- ስሱ እቃዎች በግልጽ ሁኔታ መለያ ሊያሳዩ እና ጥሩ መከላከያ ሊኖራቸው ይገባል
- ፈሳሾች በማይፈሱ ዕቃዎች ውስጥ በጥብቅ መታሸግ አለባቸው
- የአድራሻ መለያዎች ግልጽ፣ ትክክለኛ እና የአየር ሁኔታን የሚቋቋሙ መሆን አለባቸው
- ጥቅሎች የክብደትና የመጠን ገደቦችን መብለጥ የለባቸውም
- ብዙ እቃዎች በአንድ ላይ መደራጀት ወይም በትክክል መለየት አለባቸው
የክፍያ ግዴታዎች
- ክፍያ በማስያዣ ማረጋገጫ ጊዜ ይከፈላል
- የሚቀበሉ የክፍያ መንገዶች ሞባይል ገንዘብ፣ የባንክ ዝውውር እና ክሬዲት ወይም ዴቢት ካርዶች ናቸው
- ያልተሳካ ክፍያ ጭነቱ እንዲሰረዝ ሊያደርግ ይችላል
- ለልዩ አገልግሎቶች ወይም ለማስተካከያዎች ተጨማሪ ክፍያ ሊኖር ይችላል
- ተመላሾች በእኛ የተመላሽ እና የክርክር አፈታት መመሪያ መሠረት ይሰራሉ
የደንበኛ መብቶች
- ከማንሳት በፊት ጭነቶችን መሰረዝ መብት አለዎት
- ጭነቶችን በእውነተኛ ጊዜ መከታተል መብት አለዎት
- ለጠፉ፣ ለተበላሹ ወይም ለዘገዩ ጭነቶች ክርክር ማቅረብ መብት አለዎት
- የአጓጓዥ አገልግሎትን ደረጃ መስጠት እና መገምገም መብት አለዎት
- በተመላሽ መመሪያችን መሠረት ተመላሽ መጠየቅ መብት አለዎት
