Refund policy applicability

Country coverage: Country coverage follows the public market status and country-pack registry.

Entities: Default contracting entity is TWENDEX TRANSPORT NETWORK CO. - SMC LTD, Wakiso, Uganda, unless an approved country-pack annex names a local Twendex or partner entity for that market.

Product lines: Bookings, cancellations, payment reversals, failed payments, disputes, and refunds for supported payment rails and products.

Channels: Website/PWA, admin/support, WhatsApp, USSD, and API surfaces where the relevant market pack enables the channel for the requested product.

Framework: Uganda law and courts are the default governing framework unless a signed country-pack annex or mandatory local consumer, transport, privacy, or payment law applies for the market.

ለተመላሽ የሚገባ ሁኔታዎች

በሚከተሉት ሁኔታዎች የገንዘብ ተመላሽ ሊያገኙ ይችላሉ፤ የከፈሉትን የማድረስ አገልግሎት ሳናቀርብ፣ በእኛ ስህተት ምክንያት የተጠበቀውን ጊዜ ከሚያልፍ ትልቅ መዘግየት፣ ጥቅልዎ በእኛ እጅ ላይ ሲሆን መጥፋት፣ በእኛ አያያዝ ምክንያት መበላሸት፣ በስህተት መክፈያ መጠየቅ፣ ወይም ትዕዛዝ ከማንሳቱ በፊት መሰረዝ ከሆነ።

የገንዘብ ተመላሽ ሂደት እና የጊዜ መርሐግብር

ተመላሽ ገንዘብ ለመጠየቅ ከክስተቱ በ30 ቀናት ውስጥ የደንበኛ ድጋፍን ያነጋግሩ፣ የክትትል ቁጥርዎን እና የትዕዛዝ ዝርዝሮችን ያቅርቡ፣ ችግኙን ያብራሩ እና የሚያገለግሉ ሰነዶችን ያያይዙ። ቡድናችን ጥያቄዎን ይመርምራል እና በ5 እስከ 7 የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ውሳኔ ይደርስዎታል። የተመላሽ ሂደት ጊዜ ለሞባይል ገንዘብ 1 እስከ 3 የስራ ቀናት፣ ለባንክ ዝውውር 3 እስከ 5 የስራ ቀናት፣ ለክሬዲት ካርድ 5 እስከ 10 የስራ ቀናት ነው።

የገንዘብ ተመላሽ መንገዶች

Refunds are processed through the original payment rail where that rail supports refunds. If the original payment rail, currency, wallet, bank, or card route is unavailable, Twendex support will confirm the alternative and any identity, regulator, or evidence requirements before processing.

የማይመለሱ ሁኔታዎች

እባክዎ በሚከተሉት ሁኔታዎች የገንዘብ ተመላሽ ሊኖር እንዳይችል ያስተውሉ፤ በእርስዎ የተሰጠ የተሳሳተ የተቀባይ መረጃ ምክንያት የተፈጠረ መዘግየት፣ የአየር ሁኔታ ወይም የኃይል በላይ ክስተቶች ምክንያት መዘግየት፣ ተቀባዩ ማድረስን መቀበል ካልፈለገ፣ የጥቅሉ ይዘት ለመላክ ካልተስማማ፣ ጥያቄው ከ30 ቀናት በኋላ ከተገባ፣ ወይም አገልግሎቱ በተሳካ ሁኔታ ከተጠናቀቀ።

ክርክር ማቅረብ

በጭነት ወይም በአገልግሎት ካልረኩ ክርክር ማቅረብ ይችላሉ፦

ክርክሮች ከማድረስ ወይም ከክስተቱ በ7 ቀናት ውስጥ መቅረብ አለባቸው
ስለ ጉዳዩ ዝርዝር መግለጫ ያቅርቡ
የሚደግፍ ማስረጃ ያያይዙ ፎቶዎች፣ ሰነዶች፣ የክትትል መረጃ
የሚፈልጉትን መፍትሄ ይግለጹ ተመላሽ፣ ምትክ ወይም ካሳ

የምርመራ የጊዜ ሰሌዳ

የመጀመሪያ ክለሳ: ከማቅረቡ በ24 ሰዓታት ውስጥ
የአጓጓዥ ምላሽ: አጓጓዥ ለመመለስ 48 ሰዓታት አለው
የምርመራ ጊዜ: ለክለሳ 5-10 የስራ ቀናት
መፍትሄ: ውሳኔ ከምርመራው በኋላ በ2 የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ይገለጻል

የመፍትሄ ውጤቶች

ጸድቋል: ተመላሽ ወይም ካሳ በ5-7 የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ይፈጸማል
ተቀባይነት አላገኘም: ክርክሩ ከማብራሪያ ጋር ይሰረዛል
ከፊል መፍትሄ: በተገኙት ውጤቶች መሠረት ከፊል ተመላሽ ወይም ክሬዲት
ከፍ ተደርጓል: ውስብስብ ጉዳዮች ተጨማሪ ክለሳ ወይም ሽምግልና ሊፈልጉ ይችላሉ

የይግባኝ ሂደት

በክርክር መፍትሄ ካልተስማሙ፦

በውሳኔው በ14 ቀናት ውስጥ ይግባኝ ያቅርቡ
ተጨማሪ ማስረጃ ወይም ማብራሪያ ያቅርቡ
ይግባኞች በከፍተኛ አመራር ይገመገማሉ
የመጨረሻ ውሳኔ በ10 የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ይሰጣል

ተመላሽ ገንዘብ መጠየቅ ከፈለጉ ወይም ስለዚህ መመሪያ ጥያቄዎች ካሉዎት፣ እባክዎ የደንበኛ ድጋፍን ያግኙ፡
